Shipping & Returns
- At this time, we are offering all standard shipping $8.95 until further notice.
Any orders over $50 you receive free shipping. If you need something 2 day or overnighted, please email us at Holly@xoxokidsco.com and we will do our best to get it to you when you need it.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- The charge for this service is $50 and we are not responsible for any additional custom fees.
- The only exception is to Canada in which only $20.
- We are also not responsible for any additional custom fees for Canada.
- The free shipping over $50 also does not apply for all international shipping.

- Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs Charges
